A conversation about diversity and inclusion in business used to be whispered, for fear of “rocking the boat” or being political. That kind of mentality is long gone. Now, in an age of innovation and open communication, diversity and inclusion can take place freely, to the benefit and well-being of employees and the workplace environment as a whole.

So, what do we mean when we say our workplace is diverse and inclusive?

Currently, she is the Manager, Global Diversity & Inclusion at Parkland Fuel building inclusive strategies across Canada, United States, the Caribbean, Central and South America. She is also the Founder of Including You Consulting and was named Calgary's Top 40 Under 40 in 2019 due to her efforts in the non-profit sector and in advancing D&I.
